Enjoy Montana Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be canceled by written request, but the entire reservation amount is not refundable once the booking is confirmed. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival are refundable, with the initial payment refunded to the credit card on file, minus the non-refundable processing fee and a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are considered non-refundable, and the Guest is held fully responsible for the entire balance of the rental, resulting in a 100% loss. Changes to the reservation, including property changes or length of stay reductions, will not result in any refund if made within the non-refundable timeframe of 29 days before arrival. There is no refund for early departure or late arrival.

This potential loss can be avoided if Travel Protection Insurance was purchased and the reason for cancellation is covered under the travel insurance policy. Guests are encouraged to inquire about the insurance Enjoy Montana offers. Enjoy Montana is not responsible or liable for monies lost due to cancellation, and cancellations due to sickness, travel issues, or quarantine are not refundable events.

Enjoy Montana reserves the right to cancel this agreement with a 30-day notice provided to the Primary Guest. If a cancellation occurs on behalf of management, all monies shall be returned to the Guest. In rare cases where Enjoy Montana is unable to provide a reserved home due to management changes, homeownership changes, or other property issues, we will offer a comparable home based on price (not amenities) at no additional cost. If a comparable home is unavailable, a full refund will be issued. No other compensation will be provided in these circumstances.

No refunds or compensation will be given, nor is Enjoy Montana liable if the property becomes unavailable or unusable due to reasons such as acts of God, nature, weather conditions, steep or difficult road conditions, snow conditions, power outages, wildfires, major events, construction, utility outages, medical emergencies, death, illness, or changes/unavailability of property amenities, including Wi-Fi, hot tubs, etc. Enjoy Montana is not liable for disturbances or interruptions during the stay that are outside of our reasonable control, including construction noise, neighborhood disturbances, or facility closures. No refunds or relocations will be provided due to these events.

If a Guest declines travel insurance, they acknowledge they have read and understand the cancellation policy and accept full responsibility for any losses incurred due to cancellations.
