In rare cases, Enjoy Montana may cancel a reservation with 30 days’ notice. If this occurs:

  • All monies paid will be fully refunded

If a reserved home becomes unavailable due to ownership, management, or property issues:

  • We will attempt to offer a comparable home based on price (not amenities) at no additional cost

  • If no comparable home is available, a full refund will be issued

  • No additional compensation will be provided


🌦 Events Outside Our Control

No refunds or compensation will be provided for disruptions or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather, natural events, or wildfires

  • Road conditions, snow, or access issues

  • Utility, power, or internet outages

  • Construction, neighborhood noise, or facility closures

  • Medical emergencies, illness, or death

  • Temporary loss of amenities (Wi-Fi, hot tubs, etc.)

Our cancellation policy is strict once a reservation is confirmed. Please review carefully before booking.

More than 30 days before arrival

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing

  • The initial payment will be refunded to the original payment method

  • A non-refundable processing fee and a $100 cancellation fee apply

Within 30 days of arrival (29 days or less)

  • Reservations are non-refundable

  • The Guest is responsible for 100% of the reservation total

  • No refunds are issued for:

    • Date or property changes

    • Shortened stays

    • Early departure or late arrival

Planning ahead

  • Many restaurants and attractions are seasonal

  • Some locations keep shorter or earlier hours

  • Reservations are recommended during peak summer

Glacier travel

  • Fuel, groceries, and services are limited near the park

  • Plan stops before heading toward Glacier National Park

You are visiting an active wildlife area.

Safety guidelines

  • Never approach or feed wildlife

  • Store food securely, especially in bear country

  • Follow posted signs and trail guidelines

  • Carry bear spray when recreating outdoors

Weather in the Flathead Valley can change quickly.

  • Summer: warm days, cool evenings

  • Rain showers are common and often brief

  • Inspections are mandatory to prevent invasive aquatic species

  • Inspection stations are located throughout the Flathead Valley

Guests may bring their own boats; however, availability varies by property.

  • Not all homes allow boat or trailer parking

  • Not all lakes or rivers have nearby public launches

  • Parking and access must be confirmed prior to arrival

A valid fishing license is required for anyone fishing in Montana.

  • Licenses are issued by Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks

  • Available for residents and non-residents

  • Options include short-term (2-day or 10-day) and seasonal licenses

Where to purchase

A reservation booked directly with us requires a signed booking agreement specific to the property booked.   Please read through the cancellation terms penalties prior to booking.  You'll have 48 hours to agree to the booking terms and still cancel without penalty as well as sending a photo of your legal identification.  For some properties a security deposit is required if you have not stayed with us before.  Please inquire for specifics  It is recommended that guests purchase travel insurance to cover any lost nights or damages during your stay.  Independant travel insurance can be purchased by a number of providers.  For credit cards, we use stripe for payment processing so your charges are secure.  Upon booking and depost paid your reservation is confirmed and a confirmation is sent via email with reservation number provided.  

By booking direct, you will already save 5-10% versus booking with online agencies!  For verified return guests you can save 5% by requesting the "returning guest" promo.  Deployed Military are offered a 10% discount on non peak weekends and holidays.  Discounts for stays longer than one week can also be considered for a discount.  For all of these please note them in the inquiry.  We price our properties to be competitive to the area and amenities offered at the property, removing the stress of the haggle and ensuring you are receiving the best price we have to offer during the time you will traveling.

An early arrival or late check out is dependant on whether or not we have guests leaving in front of you or staying after you.  Before asking, please check the property's availability calendar.  If there are guests departing before or arriving after please do not request an early arrival or late check out.  We have an extremely high standard of cleanliness for our properties and as such we do not rush our cleaners. If it is available on the calendar, please request it no sooner than 2 days before.  There are no gaurantees but if available early arrivals are free but late outs incure an hourly charge.  If the property is not availabe to arrive early, you may still request a notification of when the property will be ready on arrival day and we can sometimes get you in at least a little early.
