Wonderful lakefront get away! Great amenities and fully stoked kitchen. Highly recommend! Note that there are hundreds of stairs that lead down to the house so this may not be the most accessible property depending on your circumstances.

Truly a magical place to stay. Incredibly well thought out. A great escape right on the lake. Beautiful design, well organized and easy to navigate. We are so grateful to have stayed and made wonderful family memories. An abundance of water activities to enjoy. We will have to come back!

Only disadvantage was the fact that even though technically, 6 people could have slept there, it was really too small for 6 to be inside comfortably. Not so good for a rainy day. Could have used a heavier curtain to keep the morning sun (5am) out of the bedroom.

This cozy and quiet house exceeded my expectations! This house is ideal for those who want a lakefront setting in peaceful Somers Bay. It's family friendly and spotless! The owners are friendly and onsite should you need them. The central location of this property is only minutes from Lakeside and 15 minutes from Bigfork. What sells this property is the outdoor space! The dock and the deck are perfect places to enjoy the beauty of the lake. There is ample outdoor seating/dining space and even a fire pit. When we return to Flathead Lake, we will return to the Old Goat Inn!

Beautiful Setting Comfortable Accomodations We spent just a few days here and were impressed with the Lake setting. The cottage is quiet, comfortable and appropriately provisioned for any length of stay. Highly Recommended!

Old Goat Inn beautiful Views We had a good stay at the Old Goat Inn. Beautiful views. Nice grounds. Very quiet. Great communications with manager. The house is alittle older along with the furnishings, but clean. The driveway down to the house is very steep, would have like to be advised about it because if weather and car situation.

Just right for our family We can’t to the Old Goat Inn to celebrate my 50th on the lake. It was perfect for my husband , me and our 2 teenaged daughters. The location is prime with beautiful views and easy access to Lakeside, Somers and Big Fork. We LOVED having our own dock. We used it for paddle boarding, kayaking, yoga, sun bathing, and morning coffee. The management team was incredibly efficient. The cabin itself was just what we wanted. We cooked on the outdoor grill, enjoyed the deck overlooking the lake, and slept well in the beds. We will definitely come back to OGI.

Flathead Gem! The property is quite, clean, and comfortable! The pictures don't do it justice, we all loved the cozy house and the dock and outside area were so amazing!

Perfect little getaway This property provided the perfect little getaway to enjoy some family time. The cottage was clean and cozy, the deck provided a relaxing spot to enjoy the views and the private dock area was perfect for enjoying the waters of Flathead Lake. The booking was easy and the management of the property was very helpful in answering any questions. I would definitely book this property again.

relaxing stay after wedding Adorable house right on the lake ! Was the perfect place to relax after our wedding wkend. The house was very clean and supplied with everything you could need. No complaints other than it is advertised with heat however there is not other than individual space heaters. We rented kayak & a boat from Big Arm and got to explore the lake , hike Wild Horse Island and cruise to Polson for lunch. We loved grilling and having a bon fire every night . Very relaxing 😊

Best water on Flathead . Sailboats in the evening , boating all day, gentle lawn slope to the dock..five minutes from the Somers put in. Cozy Cabin with all you need to cook. Close to restaurants if you do not cook. Perfect place.

Fabulous Rental This house was perfect for my husband and I. Beautiful deck, dock, and view! We drove to GNP the first 3 days there and then enjoyed the house and Flathead lake the rest for the week.

Quiet and Relaxing My husband and I stayed here last week end, what a joy. It was very peaceful and quiet, just what we needed. We loved it!

Great location on the lake. If you happen to be there on the 4th of July, expect a LOT of fireworks on the waterfront once the sun is fully set around 10 - 10:30 PM. Great if you want to go out and watch.

Very good communication, easy check-in, and easy to find place. The lakefront view is absolutely stunning. The home itself felt very homey and traditional, no frills or fancy decor, but got the job done!

Hosts were very quick to respond to all inquiries. Place is perfect right on the lake. Smaller bedrooms but perfect size for 4 adults. Great location to experience smaller towns outside Glacier National Park. Highly recommend to all travelers who want to make a stay in North West Montana.

This was a very clean place in a great location on the lake. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, dishes, and pots/pans. The owners were polite and gracious during our stay but also let us have our privacy. This is a great place to stay for one or two people but I wouldn't recommend it for more people given that the common area has a small couch and two chair that isn't sufficient for a larger family to comfortably relax. Pillows were flat and bedding could be a bit more comfortable. Otherwise this was a cozy and clean place on the lake. Overall, we enjoyed out stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Old Goat Inn, as the location is amazing and the accommodations very functional. The weather was not great, so did not get to enjoy the dock / lake as much as we envisioned, but still thoroughly enjoyed view.

We loved our stay at the Old Goat Inn. Very charming little lake house, very clean and had everything we needed. A great central location for all things near Glacier National Park. The view could not be beat, we loved waking up and drinking our coffee on the dock or the deck and being able to soak in the Mountain View. We had 6 people in our family, seating was a little crunched in the living room but over all we were very happy with our stay.

We loved the Old Goat Inn and Enjoy Montana’s hosting. Very good communication. The location was so beautiful and peaceful. We loved watching 14 sail boats come out one evening and maneuver together. We also got to watch an eagle hunting the waters off the dock. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Super comfortable. Be sure to bring your own olive oil, butter and seasonings, coffee and such. We would love to come back

A little pricey for its size but worth the stay and a great location for the Glacier park.

Would definitely stay here again. This is an adorable place and perfect size for 4 adults. I think it will be cramped with more than 4 adults. If you're wanting to cook then be sure to bring all cooking ingredients like oil, butter and pepper. We were prepared for this so it wasn't a problem for us. The weather was beautiful so we were outside on the deck or by the lake - never even turned the tv on. We didn't partake in any boating activities but will if we make it out this way again. The rooms stayed cooled with opened doors if you like to sleep in colder temps. *****

We loved staying at the Old Goat Inn! The house was clean and comfortable. The view was amazing. We enjoyed lounging and swimming from our own dock! Raina was quick to respond and very helpful. We appreciate that.

Good place. Bedrooms get really hot in the summer but there’s a window unit in living room to help. Great location

A great location. The bay is beautiful. The water was awesome and fun to SUP Board. Swimming off the dock was very refreshing. I hope to return next summer.

Old Goat Inn was AMAZING! I'm convinced a better, more beautiful location does not exist! Everything was clean and nicely decorated. Would love to stay here again if we ever make it back to MT!
